Service Terms & Client Responsibilities

Setup & Breakdown

We require access to the venue 60–90 minutes before your event start time for setup, and 30–45 minutes after your event end time for breakdown. Please ensure venue access is coordinated in advance. Setup and breakdown time is not included in your rental hours.
